Shipping policy

Orders are prepared by the supplier before shipping. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days before the order is dispatched. During busy periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. 

After the order ships, delivery usually takes 10–15 days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Shipping costs are calculated per product and depend on the item’s weight, destination country, and product type. Each item in an order has its own shipping fee. 

Products shipped from U.S. suppliers generally arrive within 3–5 business days and ship only to U.S. addresses.

Tariff fees are included in the shipping cost, but customers may still be responsible for local customs duties or import taxes depending on their country’s regulations. 

Delivery timelines can vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.
